Our meal support services are all inclusive - we provide everything that you will need to eat and drink from the time that you board the shuttle bus through the time that you return home. Everything from snacks and energy bars to full sit down dinners are provided and we are confident that your appetite will always be satisfied.
Our menus are planned with the help of a Registered Dietitian and are designed to be a healthy and wholesome resupply of the fuels that you burn off on your ride. Our meals are prepared onsite so they are always fresh and appetizing. And since we prepare the meals there with your group we are able to accommodate most common dietary requirements.
Breakfasts are usually a presentation of a variety of cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts, eggs, and bagels. We try to include enough variety that everyone can assemble a breakfast to their liking and can vary their breakfast through the week. And yes, along with ample milk and fruit juices we serve as much fresh brewed coffee as you can drink.
Lunches are usually also a presentation of variety. There will be plenty of cold cuts and cheeses, cold salads, fresh vegetables with dips, and a variety of salty chips to replenish your electrolytes in the good ol' crunchy way. Again, you will be able to put together a different lunch of your liking every day of the week.
In between meals there are plenty of snack bars available and sports drinks to replenish your water bottles. And the SAG wagon is always full of snacks and drinks if you need something more than an energy bar.
In the late afternoon as you come into camp you will find plenty of cold drinks and appetizers waiting to tide you over until dinner. And yes, some of those cold drinks are beer and wine if that is what you are looking for. The gear trailer is equiped with a keg cooler so we can keep your beer cold for you.
And then there is dinner... Our dinner menus run the range from hamburgers and gardenburgers, to Fajita's,
refried beans, and Mexican rice, and even steak and potatoes with fresh corn on
the cob.
