Willamette Valley Wine Tour and Oktoberfest Celebration

If you are a wine lover and enjoy bicycling with friends then you won't want to miss this one.  We have created a very Unusual Tour that combines a Willamette Valley Wine Tour along with a visit to Mt Angel's Oktoberfest.  We'll be staying right in town in both Carlton and Mt Angel so that you can enjoy wine tasting and the Oktoberfest activities at your own pace.  It is a very unique combination that has never been done before.  That's what we do!

Starting on Thursday, September 16th we will spend 2 days riding though the wine country of the Willamette Valley.  Our casual pace will give us plenty of time to soak up the beauty of wine country and visit a few vineyards along the way.  Camping in "downtown" Carlton, we will be able to walk to more than a dozen tasting rooms and go to one of Carlton's best restaurants for a nice group dinner.  We will follow-up our wine tour with 2 nights of camping in Mt Angel to allow us to enjoy one of the most authentic Oktoberfest celebrations in the United States.  You better start practicing the Chicken Dance!  While in Mt Angel you will have the option of a challenging day ride to Silver Creek Falls or a leisurely day spent at The Oregon Garden in Silverton.  We will finish up our weekend with an easy ride north to Champoeg State Park to "clear your head" before we return to Portland on Sunday afternoon.  See the highlights listed below or view the detailed itinerary here.

Don't miss out on this very Unusual Tour.  Space is limited and the spots will fill up fast so sign up right away.  The cost of the tour is $500.  To register online go to the booking page here.  For additional information call 503-977-9868.
