Matt Miller ~ As the owner/operator, Matt does everything from designing your tour to making sure that you make it to camp with a smile on your face. A native Oregonian and avid rider, Matt thives on showing people the most beautiful and out of the way places in Oregon. Matt is smiling here because organizing bike tours is a lot easier than the canoe camping tours that he used to run.

Ray Castro ~ Ray is our head bus driver and while in the bus he is totally focused on your safe travels. Our guests usually are quite impressed that such a "social guy" could be so quite and focused while driving. While in camp Ray chips in with setting up camp and helping out with cooking and other kitchen chores.

Doug Fulton ~ Doug is our Head Cook, Driver, and Musical Storyteller. He is an experienced wilderness camper and outdoor enthusiast. He loves to ski, hike, water ski, kayak, mountain bike and more. Doug is also an accomplished singer-songwriter and musician who loves to cook. Doug loves to spice up our meals as well as the after dinner campfire.

Rick Gareths ~ In the winter you will find Rick doing tele-turns at Hoodoo. In the summer Rick splits his time between leading the camp setup crews for Cycle Oregon and working crew for Unusual Tours. Rick mans our SAG wagon and is there ready to practice his bicycle maintenance skills that he picked up at UBI in Ashland, OR.

Alex Miller ~ Alex is a Pro Ski Patroler on Mt Hood - patroling on skis in the winter and by bike in the summer. In the summer he takes time out from his patrol work to man our SAG wagon. With his Outdoor Emergency Care Technician certification and his UBI bicycle maintenance training he is ready to respond to any emergency situation and can fix both your body and your bike.

Nancy Castro ~ While riding shotgun in the bus Nancy is our navigator and head logistics coordinator. She makes sure that rest stops happen, vehicles get fueled, and grocery stops are made. In camp, Nancy also helps out with cooking and other kitchen chores and works hard at keeping our camp sites organized and operating efficiently.

Steve Pfeifer ~ Steve is a school teacher and ski instructor in Central Oregon during the winter months. In the summer he enjoys running, biking, hiking, climbing and just about anything else that gets him outdoors. Steve mans our SAG wagon and his Red Cross First Aid certification prepares him for taking care of any emergency situations.
